Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Compliance & Operations Assurance professional to support the Transport for London contract in London. You will help maintain full compliance, improve assurance standards and coordinate engineering service delivery across a complex portfolio.

Responsibilities include ensuring contract compliance, coordinating works, reviewing SSOW, RAMS and health & safety documents, and maintaining CAFM data (Maximo, Concept Evolution).

Qualifications

• Experience within Building Services or Facilities Management in a complex environment.
• Strong administrative, organisational and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure TfL contract maintains full compliance with contractual, statutory, and client-specific requirements.
• Coordinate works delivery including scheduling, access, supplier liaison, documentation, and closing out tasks.
• Review SSOW, RAMS and health & safety documents for compliance with contract standards.
• Support small works and minor projects by managing quotations, PO requests, and instructions.
• Maintain CAFM systems (Maximo, Concept Evolution) and asset data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

LOCATION: Transport for London - London - Greenwich - 14 Pier Walk

We're looking for a Compliance & Operations Assurance professional to support the Building services for our Transport for London contract, maintaining full compliance, improve assurance standards and coordinate engineering service delivery across a complex portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Transport for London contract maintains full compliance across the portfolio, aligned with contractual, statutory and client-specific requirements while supporting governance across Mitie activities.
• Coordinate works delivery including scheduling, booking access, liaising with suppliers, managing documentation and ensuring all works are completed, closed out and fully evidenced.
• Review and ensure all Statements of Safe Work (SSOW), RAMS and health & safety documentation are compliant with contract and engineering standards.
• Support small works and minor projects by managing quotations, raising purchase orders, issuing instructions and tracking completion.
• Maintain CAFM systems (Maximo, Concept Evolution) and asset data, analysing compliance and performance trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• Experience within Building Services or Facilities Management, supporting hard services delivery in a complex environment,
• Operations support experience and knowledge,
• Strong administrative, organisational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and datasets.
• Working knowledge of CAFM systems, Microsoft Excel and engineering compliance processes.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Understanding of SFG20 maintenance standards and asset management principles (desirable).
