Job summary

Newbury College is seeking a Building Services Course Leader and Lecturer to join our Construction team. You will lead and deliver T-Level Building Services Engineering programmes, support learners through their studies and ensure courses meet awarding body and industry requirements.

Ideally you are qualified in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation with a passion for teaching, strong communication skills and the ability to inspire learners to achieve their potential.

• Qualified in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Installation, or related field.
• Experience delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
• Willingness to pursue teaching qualification and course leadership responsibilities.
