Newbury College is seeking a Building Services Course Leader and Lecturer to join our Construction team. You will lead and deliver T-Level Building Services Engineering programmes, support learners through their studies and ensure courses meet awarding body and industry requirements.

Ideally you are qualified in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation with a passion for teaching, strong communication skills and the ability to inspire learners to achieve their potential.

The role involves leading and delivering T-Level Building Services Engineering programmes, supporting learners throughout their studies and ensuring courses meet awarding body and industry requirements.As a Lecturer and Course Leader, you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and development of our Building Services provision. You will inspire and motivate learners, assess their progress, maintain high-quality course documentation and work closely with employers and industry partners to provide an engaging and relevant learning experience.
