Our client, a well-established property and real estate organization, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Manager for a prestigious commercial account in Central London. The role involves managing M&E / Facilities Management services across a high-profile building, leading a team of approximately 25 staff, and liaising with on-site clients.

Responsibilities include delivering a 5-star service, managing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, and soft services. The candidate should have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. A strong background in team management, budget responsibility, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
