Our client is a well-established and growing property and real estate organization, managing high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Manager/Director for a prestigious commercial client in Central London.

The role involves delivering a 5-star service, managing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services in a high-profile building. The team comprises approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and support staff, liaising directly with the on-site client.

The salary guideline is between £75,000 - £85,000, complemented by a bonus scheme, pension, and opportunities for training and career development within a market-leading organization.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, with experience in Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM client management. Relevant training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.
