Job Description:

Our client, a well-established property and real estate organization, is seeking an experienced Building Services Account Director to manage high-profile M&E / Facilities Management accounts. The role involves overseeing a team of approximately 25 staff, delivering services across a single prestigious building, including maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, and soft services.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, with skills in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Key responsibilities include team management, budget oversight (£2.5 million P&L), ensuring compliance, stakeholder engagement, and identifying project opportunities.
