Our customer is a well-established and growing property and real estate organization, managing high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They seek an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Manager/Director for a prestigious commercial client in Central London. The role involves managing a team of approximately 25 staff, delivering M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services within a high-profile building, ensuring a 5-star service standard.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Strong leadership, budget management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Additional training such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.
