Job summary

Sanctuary is seeking a Project Manager to join the Building Safety team in the United Kingdom. You will oversee projects through their lifecycle, build relationships with internal and external customers, review complex issues, draft specifications, and implement efficient project management processes to support compliant growth and cost reductions.

The role demands strong communication, planning, and budgeting capabilities, with a focus on delivering high‑quality information to senior management

Qualifications

• Prince2 Practitioner level or equivalent is desirable
• Experience managing medium to large scale projects/programmes across a full lifecycle
• Experience meeting deadlines and prioritising workloads
• Experience producing progress reports and management information, including recommendations for changes
• Experience managing projects with strong management skills
• Experience using project planning tools to effectively manage projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Some experience of budget preparation and control
• Experience analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the project lifecycle with effective resource control
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external customers to identify business needs
• Review key business issues and improve performance
• Draft project specifications and research within deadlines
• Document and implement new project management processes for efficiency
• Assist with delivery of new and integration of existing business systems
• Work with colleagues on scoping projects and clarifying roles and information
• Ensure projects comply with legislation and regulatory requirements
• Provide detailed information to senior management on progress and issues
• Collate lessons learned for future projects
