Notting Hill Genesis Group is seeking a Project Manager – Building Safety to lead fire safety remediation projects across our housing stock. You’ll manage due diligence, risk assessment, budgets and delivery while ensuring resident experience and compliance with evolving regulations.

You’ll coordinate consultants and contractors, monitor progress against KPIs, and communicate clearly with residents and stakeholders to keep them informed and reassured throughout the works.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire safety remediation projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and manage risks with risk registers and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and take corrective action.
• Engage residents and stakeholders with clear communication plans.
