Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Building Safety Surveys Programme (BSSP) across occupied higher-risk residential buildings in London. You will coordinate planning, governance and delivery with internal teams and external partners, ensuring milestones, budgets and regulatory requirements are met while maintaining residents' safety and minimizing disruption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning and delivering large programmes.
• Strong governance, reporting and risk management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary delivery teams and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, monitoring and delivery of the BSSP.
• Develop and maintain detailed programme plans and resource requirements.
• Manage governance, reporting, risk/issue management and escalation.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and expenditure related to the programme.
• Manage consultants, contractors and specialists to meet objectives.
• Coordinate technical assurance of building safety reports and surveys.
• Ensure recorded outputs support Golden Thread and risk assessments.
• Arrange access, engage residents and minimize disruption during delivery.
