Job summary

Innovus seeks a Communications Executive (Administrator) in Worcester to pro-actively manage communications across a portfolio, ensuring landlord obligations are met and responses are aligned with the style guide.

You will work with the Communications Manager and Associate Director, coordinating updates, preparing responses, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while meeting tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

• Competence in reviewing detailed correspondence.
• High level attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt messages for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Creating communications with a consistent approach.
• Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing communications related to building safety.
• Manage a dedicated mailbox, communications tracker and calendar.
• Information gathering from stakeholders to aid construction of key communications and responses.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with notes from meetings to support information gathering.
• Providing proactive and reactive communications including crisis management messages.
• Review potential social media activity at developments when needed.
• Acting as representative for the Communications Manager with stakeholders.
