Innovus Group in Worcester is seeking an Associate Director – Building Safety to lead the Building Safety and Remediation team within Asset Management, ensuring compliance with the client’s strategy and delivery against priorities. You will provide strategic direction on building safety, lead risk registers, manage external stakeholders, and drive data quality and reporting.
The role reports to the Account Director and may include up to 5 direct reports.

Leading this key part of the division, asAssociate Directorfor Building Safety you provide operational leadership across Innovus Asset Management for building safety and remediation, ensuring compliance with and delivery against the client’s strategy.
Working within the asset management function, the role will provide oversight, assurance and strategic direction on building safety and remediation matters, ensuring that risks are identified, understood, appropriately managed.
This role reports to the Account Director - Asset Management.
The role has up to 5 direct reports.
