Innovus is seeking an Associate Director - Building Safety in Worcester to lead the Building Safety and Remediation function within Asset Management. You will provide strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee a team of up to five direct reports, coordinating with clients and external partners to deliver safe, compliant building management solutions.

Leading this key part of the division, as Associate Director for Building Safety you provide operational leadership across Innovus Asset Management for building safety and remediation, ensuring compliance with and delivery against the client's strategy.
Working within the asset management function, the role will provide oversight, assurance and strategic direction on building safety and remediation matters, ensuring that risks are identified, understood, appropriately managed.
This role reports to the Account Director - Asset Management.
The role has up to 5 direct reports.
