Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials would be a bonus.
• On-the-job training and support available.

Responsibilities

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in branch or yard, providing expert advice.
• Creating tailored solutions by preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads.
• Keeping admin running smoothly and efficiently.
• Providing up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials.
• Enhancing the shopping experience with well-stocked displays and collaborative teamwork.
