You will work with the branch team to support yard and counter sales, with training provided. Flexibility in working arrangements is welcome, and requests will be considered in good faith during interviews.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials would be a bonus but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers in person, over the phone, and at the branch or yard.
• Provide expert advice and tailor quotes to enquiries.
• Develop leads and follow up on enquiries to grow sales.
• Maintain an efficient admin workflow to keep operations running smoothly.
• Share up-to-date product knowledge to help customers choose the best materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the branch, including yard and counter sales.
