Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials is a bonus.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.

• Creating tailored solutions—preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, developing leads.
• Keeping things running smoothly—managing essential admin efficiently.

• Enhancing the shopping experience—maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays.
• Collaborating across the branch with colleagues including yard and counter sales to support the team.
