Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials would be a bonus but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard.
• Creating tailored solutions by preparing quotes and following up on enquiries.
• Managing essential admin to keep operations running smoothly.
• Providing up-to-date product knowledge to help customers choose materials.
• Maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays and a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborating with yard and counter sales to support the team.
