Scape is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across London sites, including the Bloomsbury area. The role covers reactive and preventative work, contractor supervision, and budget forecasting.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
• Awareness of Building Management Systems.
• Awareness of Computer aided Facilities management systems.
• Experience in plant room inspections.
• Familiarity with Service Level Agreement concepts.
• Customer focused approach.
• Excellent inter-personal skills.

Mansioni

• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance work.
• Identify, report and manage building defects.
• Fault finding and leak investigations.
• Carry out repairs arising from inspections.
• Manage the maintenance team and training.
• Supervise tasks and record keeping.
• Ensure H&S compliance on site.
• Order materials and stock as needed.
• Oversee contractors on site and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain COSHH data sheets and residents liaison via app.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for activities and staffing.
