The IWFM is seeking a proactive Building Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities and reception in the Greater Manchester area, delivering high service levels to clients and staff while ensuring smooth operations.

This role involves coordinating with clients, managing meeting rooms, monitoring cleanliness, and supporting maintenance tasks to uphold the property's presentation. A strong emphasis on communication, organisation, and independent working is essential to succeed in this role.

• Maintain building check sheets and ensure presentation of internal and external areas.
• Coordinate with the Facilities Manager for minor maintenance tasks.
• Close down the building and amenity areas at the end of the day, ensuring readiness for the next day.
