Job Title: BMS/BEMS Engineer

Location: Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire & London

Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE) + Company Vehicle + Workplace Pension

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated BMS/BEMS Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves a varied mix of servicing, commissioning, and attending callouts across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, and London.

The successful candidate will work on a range of commercial and industrial sites, ensuring that our clients' building management systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out commissioning, fault-finding, and servicing of BMS/BEMS systems
2. Respond to reactive callouts and undertake planned preventative maintenance
3. Support the design and upgrade of existing control systems
4. Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions
5. Accurately document all work carried out, including system modifications and reports
6. Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover of commissioned systems

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience working with Tridium and Trend BMS systems
2. Strong understanding of HVAC control systems and integration
3. Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
4. Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
