Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Fabric Engineer to join our expanding team in Northern Ireland with nationwide travel including ROI. The role involves predominantly PPM maintenance and fabric works, with some reactive duties on commercial sites.

You will travel across your region in a company van on a Monday–Friday schedule, with paid travel time and overtime potential. The ideal candidate is a versatile tradesperson with experience in carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, or flooring, and holds a

• Good all-rounder able to cover multiple building maintenance trades.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work or flooring.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience working on commercial sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) building fabric works and reactive duties.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical, flooring and general repairs across commercial sites.
• Work mobile on a commercial retail contract and across your region.
• Occasionally travel/away from home as required.

Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Fabric Engineer to join the team:

This role requires a flexible person, happy to carry out all round building maintenance and happy with travel around the Northern Ireland and working away regularly when travelling to ROI.

The Role:

• You will be carrying out a predominantly range ofPPM building maintenance works and fabric with some reactive works
• Role to include plumbing, carpentry, building repairs, basic electrics and maintenance works across commercial sites.
• Working mobile on a commercial retail contract
• Working mobile across your region
• Occasionally required to work away

The Person:

• You will be a goodall rounderable to do multiple areas of building maintenance/fabric works.
• You will have current/previous experience in trades such as carpentry/plumbing/basic electrics/flooringetc
• You must hold a fulluklicence
• Experience working on commercialsites
