Job summary

TSP is seeking a Building Manager to run day-to-day operations of a multi-let office building. You will ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for tenants, visitors and contractors, coordinating with contractors and the on-site engineer.

Responsibilities include monitoring building systems, managing compliance, safety procedures and service charges, while building strong occupier relationships and driving continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or recognised electrical background (essential).
• IOSH Managing Safely (essential).
• Experience managing commercial/multi-let office buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building services and facilities management.
• Understanding of UK health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the building.
• Maintain high standards across common areas, plant rooms and external spaces.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, lighting, lifts, fire, security, access control).
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
• Support on-site engineer with M&E activities and fault-finding.
