Job summary

TSP is recruiting a Technical Building Manager in London to ensure safe, efficient operation of all building services across multiple sites. You will manage maintenance, regulate budgets, and oversee external contractors to uphold quality standards and compliance.

You will lead continuous improvement in facilities management, sustainability initiatives, and tenant satisfaction, while coordinating with stakeholders to minimise disruption and optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical building or facilities management within commercial or mixed-use properties.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and BMS.
• Experience managing maintenance contractors and SLAs.
• Budget management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation, maintenance and performance of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, lifts, BMS).
• Develop and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate reactive maintenance and oversee contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and asset records.
• Support capital improvement projects and lifecycle replacements.
