Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks a highly organised Building Controller and Technical Clerk for a landmark environmental project at Sellafield Complex, Cumbria. The contract runs ASAP to 06/09/2027 with a 4 days on / 4 days off pattern, and shifts from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am.

Responsibilities include managing pager duties, opening/closing, site personnel counts, records management, and EDMS document handling. Delegated emergencies duties include First Aid and Fire Warden; full compliance with safety standards is

Qualifications

Proven experience in Commissioning Document Control.
IOSH Working Safely qualification is required.
BPSS security clearance is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Manage the Building Controller pager during shift and handle tasks.
Open and close the building.
Sign in/out with Contractors Control Room and relay personnel counts.
Complete weekly and monthly exercises and maintain paperwork.
Act as Deputy during site emergencies; perform First Aid and Fire Warden duties.
Count and coordinate respirators.
Produce and maintain Commissioning Life Time Records.
Copy, scan and store documents in EDMS.
Retrieve files for project personnel and perform other admin duties.
