Job Description:

Building Control Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Peterborough, £70ph – Reference: RQ1506309

• Building Inspector Class 2a or 2f
• Two days in office and able to do site inspections
• Support and train two trainees

Additional responsibilities include:

• Working on an ad hoc basis similar to a consultant
• Occasional site visits to inspect buildings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Conducting surveys and detailed inspections of construction sites
• Reviewing site inspection records, photographic evidence, plans, and specifications
• Assessing and inspecting documents related to building projects remotely
• Providing detailed reports and recommendations based on inspections and assessments
• Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance and quality

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
