You will plan assessments, conduct site inspections, provide guidance, and handle enforcement with a focus on public safety and complex developments.

Qualifications

• Must have full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
• Experience in Building Control and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and related legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan assessments and technical reviews.
• Carry out site inspections across a range of developments.
• Provide guidance to customers, developers and stakeholders.
• Conduct enforcement and compliance activities.
• Respond to dangerous structures and demolition matters.
• Support public safety functions including work on sports grounds.
• Maintain accurate records and high professional standards.
