Job summary

Bradford Corporation is recruiting a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join the Department of Growth, within Planning, Transportation & Highways in Bradford (Britannia House). The role offers training and career development with an attractive salary and benefits.

You will hold a degree/HNC/HND/NVQ level 4 in Building Construction, be a corporate member of a relevant institute, and be RBI Class 2F licensed.

Qualifications

• Degree/HNC/HND/NVQ level 4 relating to Building Construction.
• Corporate Membership of a relevant professional institute.
• Licensed with the Building Safety Regulator as a Registered Building Inspector (RBI) to Class 2F.

Responsibilities

• Deal with Building Regulations, Dangerous Structures, Safety at Sports Grounds.
• Supervise a small team of Surveyors.
• Manage a varied and challenging workload.
