3R Consulting Ltd is seeking a talented surveyor to join a professional consultancy that adds value to construction projects through advice and on-site services. You will provide a dedicated, expert building surveyor service to existing and future clients in a commercial market.

Based in the East of England with a plan to expand nationally, you will establish robust relationships with key clients and interpret Building Regulations across residential and commercial contexts, with full membership

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a building control surveying role within Local Authority Building Control or Approved Inspector environment.
• Ability to interpret Building Regulations for residential and commercial contexts.
• Full membership or working toward membership of a recognised professional body such as RICS or CABE.

Responsibilities

• Provide an expert building surveyor service to existing and future clients on-site.
• Establish and build robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Support delivery and expansion of surveyor services within the business development plan.
