The ideal candidate will be RICS/CABE qualified and capable of mentoring junior surveyors while leading commercial projects and client meetings to deliver robust building control solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building control/surveying.
• Qualified as RICS or CABE, or equivalent.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial building control projects and client negotiations.
• Attend client and design team meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
