Job summary

Flux Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for Building Control to lead an established team across the East Midlands.

You will combine technical Building Regulation expertise with leadership, mentoring staff, and developing client relationships to drive performance. Hybrid role with three days in the office, offering a competitive salary plus bonus, a £5,100 car allowance, 28 days annual leave, an enhanced pension and flexi-time.

Are you an experienced Registered Building Inspector looking to step into a leadership role, or perhaps you're already managing a team and fancy a fresh challenge?

Due to continued growth, a well-established and highly respected RBCA is looking to appoint a Regional Manager to lead an experienced Building Control team across the East Midlands region.

This is definitely a role for someone who enjoys the technical side of Building Control but also wants to play a bigger role in mentoring staff, developing clients, and helping drive the success of the business.

You’ll ideally be:

• RBI registered at Class 2D or above
