Flux Consulting Inc. is seeking a Building Control Team Auditor in the UK to audit casework, inspections, plans and decisions, ensuring adherence to Building Regulations and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Class 2f preferred, but applicants with commercial/residential building control experience will be considered.
• Experience in building control and technical assessment.
• Experience in technical review, auditing or quality assurance.
• Familiar with Building Regulations and associated guidance.
• Detail-focused with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
• Committed to maintaining high professional and technical standards.

Location: North Yorkshire

Salary: 60,000 - 75,000 + £5k Car Allowance

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
