Job description

Contract Scotland is working in partnership with a Survey Consultancy to support a major office surveying contract. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, engineering, or building services to gain practical, paid experience on a large-scale project.

Location: Sheffield
Role: Building Asset Surveyor
Duration: Immediate start until end of July (with potential to extend into August)
Rate: GBP15hr
Accommodation: Provided for those travelling from outside the area

About the Role
The work involves surveying building services within office buildings in Sheffield. The process is straightforward and well-structured ideal for individuals who are reliable, methodical, and have a good eye for detail.

You ll be issued an iPad and an online system log the number of building services in each room such as lights, ventilation ducts, and radiators. Once an item has been surveyed, you ll place a sticker on it to show it s been completed.
