M&E Asset Surveyor / Building Services Engineer

Are you a recent graduate of an engineering course? Would you be interested in an exciting career in property?

We are looking for individuals who have recently graduated from either a mechanical or electrical engineering course. Your responsibilities will include asset registers, asset verification, identifying the condition of plant, and compliance audits.

TSA is currently recruiting for an M&E Surveyor to work within the Leeds area, as part of a wider national team, for a global building services consultancy. The client provides internal resources for a range of projects across sectors such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy.

Due to growth in the asset management team, we seek a candidate to assist in delivering M&E Condition Surveys across various industries and environments, both public and private.

We are looking for someone at a beginner level who can communicate effectively and is willing to learn to perform surveys as part of a team.

The successful candidate will work with a team responsible for logging, tagging, and creating condition reports for mechanical and electrical assets in various environments.

Ideally, candidates should be qualified in the building services sector, either mechanically or electrically, and be prepared to become self-sufficient and manage their workload.
