Job summary

FM Conway is recruiting for a Building and Civil Project Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of building, infrastructure and civil engineering projects across our operational estate. You will manage projects from initial identification through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to the required quality and within budget.

This is a permanent, full-time position with travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing building, construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing contractor budgets and project procurement.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and assessing sites to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
• Developing scopes of work, drawings and project programmes.
• Managing projects from identification through to completion, including planning and close-out.
• Coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Managing tendering processes and monitoring contractor performance.
• Ensuring CDM compliance and health and safety requirements.
• Maintaining RAMS, permits, as-built information, warranties and O&M records.
