Job summary

FM Conway is seeking a Building and Civil Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of building, infrastructure and civil projects across our estates. You will oversee projects from initiation to close‑out, ensuring safety, quality and budget targets are met while coordinating internal teams and external contractors.

The role requires extensive experience in building, construction, or infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing building, construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or maintenance projects.
• Relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND or degree desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, infrastructure and external areas to identify defects and risks.
• Manage projects from initiation through to completion, with cost control and quality.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to deliver on time and to specification.
• Prepare tender documentation, procure and evaluate submissions, monitor contractor performance.
• Maintain RAMS, permits, as-built information, warranties and operation records.
