Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers in person, on the phone, in-branch or yard.
• Prepare quotes, follow up enquiries and develop leads.
• Provide expert product advice and guidance to help customers find the best materials.
• Maintain well-stocked displays and a smooth branch operation.
• Collaborate with yard and counter sales teams to support the branch.
