Huws Gray Milton Keynes is looking for a Sales Person who thrives on helping customers, building relationships and supporting branch success. You’ll engage with customers in person, over the phone, and in the yard, offering expert advice and creating tailored solutions.

No strict sales background required—customer service experience matters, and we provide training. You’ll contribute to a welcoming shopping environment, collaborate with yard and counter teams, and enjoy benefits and development

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials is a bonus but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and training provided.

Responsabilités

• Build connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in branch or yard.
• Prepare quotes, follow up enquiries, and develop leads.
• Manage essential admin efficiently to keep operations running.
• Provide up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials.
• Maintain well-stocked, inviting displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate across the branch with yard and counter sales to support the team.
