A fantastic opportunity is available for a Mortgage Underwriter to join our client, a highly successful property finance lender. As a Mortgage Underwriter you will assist with the underwriting of BTL cases inline with company policy.

Candidates must have in depth underwriting experience of the UK BTL mortgage market.

Excellent career prospects.

*Three days per week in the office*

Experience for the role of Mortgage Underwriter required:

• Minimum 2 year’s experience in BTL mortgage underwriting or credit risk analysis role
• Experience of manual mortgage underwriting
• Must hold a mortgage underwriting mandate
• Experience of BTL lending (Professional , Portfolio Lending, Ltd Company, HMO)
• Has experience working for a mortgage lender / property finance lender / private bank.
• Quick learner, ability to adapt and evolve.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
• IT literate: Competent MS Office skills and ability to adapt to internal systems.
• Ambitious, proactive, and hungry to progress within the company

Up to £50k Basic + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
