Mortgage Advisor (Self Employed)
Based either London Cannon Street or Central Birmingham or Kent

We’re Lifetime Capital, a financial partner of JLL. We are a busy and friendly team with the aim to offer the very best financial advice while expertly navigating clients and partners through the complexities of the mortgage market. Working alongside one of the few fully independent networks, our approach gives advisers the flexibility to consider any lender in the intermediary market for residential, BTL, commercial, development/bridging and overseas cases. Our team, product access and service offering meet and exceed the needs and expectations of all client types – large and small.

As a Lifetime Capital Mortgage Broker, you will be provided with a high volume of quality, qualified client leads each week. You will have the opportunity to provide the very best mortgage advice on residential, buy-to-let, bridging commercial, overseas purchases as well as associated protection products.

Required skills and experience:
  1. Min. of one year mortgage broking experience is essential
  2. Hold full CeMAP qualification
  3. Proven track record in meeting sales performance targets and KPIs
  4. Experience of protection products would be an advantage
  5. Proven track record of offering excellent service and advice
  6. The ability to build and nurture strong and loyal client relationships
  7. Ability to problem-solve and react quickly and effectively to issues and challenges
  8. Acts with initiative and shows a proactive attitude
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  10. Strong organisation and time management skills
  11. Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  12. Positive, upbeat and solution-focused
  13. Reliable and acts with integrity

What you can expect from us: You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where we succeed together and where like-minded people work together to achieve great things. You will receive a generous commission of net income received by Lifetime Capital with a realistic OTE within your first full year, building year on year. You will receive a guarantee of £2000 per month for the first six months to support you as you build up your pipeline.
