Job summary

London Borough of Newham is seeking a BSMI Officer based at Bridge Road Depot, E15 3LX. The role focuses on delivering system and data improvements across Housing services, under the Product Lead, supporting design, configuration and implementation of solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.

You will work with service teams to understand requirements, configure systems, support testing, and ensure a smooth transition to BAU.

Qualifications

• Experience with business systems, data or service improvement in local government or similar environment.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be confident working with systems configuration, data, or process improvement.
• Have experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or enhancements.
