BSL Trained Teaching Assistant Wolverhampton or Telford

This fantastic Wolverhampton and Telford based school is looking for a BSL Level 3 trained Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with hearing impairment, along with other moderate learning disabilities including autism. The post involves supporting a small group of children and providing one-to-one support for students who need additional assistance. Communication will mainly be via BSL, so we need a hardworking and naturally caring individual.

This is a great opportunity to join this school on a day-to-day basis with a view to enjoying a long-term role.

To be successful, you will need to:

1. Be an experienced TA with BSL Level 2 or above
2. Be a warm and caring individual who truly puts children first
3. Be able to support children with hearing impairments and other challenges
4. Have a sunny disposition and a friendly smile
5. Work effectively as part of a team
