Responsibilities

• Achieve individual retail sales goals and exceed targets.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to drive satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store and event promotions to boost sales.
• Complete daily/weekly worksheets to track sales and assist with counter admin.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and on-brand displays.
