Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets; build strong customer connections and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to promote repeat visits and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to hit counter and business goals; support promotions and events to boost sales.
• Track sales performance and assist counter management with administrative tasks to optimize strategy.
• Maintain hygiene and brand image at the counter and displays to uphold standards.
