Benefit Cosmetics, a leading brow and makeup brand, is hiring a Brow and Beauty Expert for the Sephora Trafford Centre counter in Manchester. In this full-time role, you will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and showcase Benefit products to customers.

You will perform brow services, collaborate with the team, support events, and maintain a pristine counter environment. A passion for cosmetics, sales drive, and flexible weekend availability are essential for success in this

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
Passion for make-up and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven.
Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

Achieve individual retail sales goals and demonstrate products to drive sales.
Provide brow services: waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs and contribute to sales success.
Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist counter management.
Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays upholding brand standards.
