You will analyse trends, create reports using strong Excel skills, and lead from the front by coaching, monitoring and conducting monthly 121s to ensure high-quality team output. You will visit brokers to build lasting relationships and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealer, leasing or broker sectors.
• Strong Excel skills for trend analysis and reporting.
• Customer-focused with ability to liaise with brokers.
