Job summary

CBC Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced asset finance broker manager for our client in the UK asset finance sector. The role will focus on galvanising existing broker relationships and driving performance of both new and ongoing partnerships across the Midlands to the South of England.

You will devise strategies to improve the quality and quantity of new business and secure additional broker relationships, including hard and soft asset opportunities.

Qualifications

• Asset finance experience is essential.
• Proven track record in managing and developing broker relationships.
• Strong financial analysis skills are advantageous for credit/structuring interventions.

Our client is a well established player in the UK asset finance sector who are growing their broker development team.

They are keen to appoint an experienced asset finance broker manager to drive the activities and performance of new and existing relationships – the role can be based anywhere from the Midlands into the South of England.

The primary focus is to galvanise existing broker relationships and devise a strategy to improve the quality and quantity of new business written, in addition to securing new broker relationships (both hard & soft asset business).

Experience in asset finance is essential with some proven experience in managing and developing broker relationships. Good financial analysis skills are also an advantage as some transactions require credit and structuring intervention by the broker manager.
