Job summary

CBC Resourcing Solutions is representing a well established UK asset finance player, seeking an experienced asset finance broker manager to drive activity and performance of broker networks. The role is flexible in location, spanning the Midlands to the South of England.

You will galvanise existing broker relationships, devise strategies to improve the quality and quantity of new business, and secure new broker relationships (hard & soft asset business).

Qualifications

• Experience in asset finance is essential.
• Proven experience in managing and developing broker relationships.
• Good financial analysis skills are an advantage as some transactions require credit and structuring intervention by the broker manager.

They are keen to appoint an experienced asset finance broker manager to drive the activities and performance of new and existing relationships – the role can be based anywhere from the Midlands into the South of England.
