Job summary

Wayflyer Limited is seeking a broker growth specialist to scale our broker panel and convert referrals into funded deals. You will train brokers, build lasting relationships, and review referrals to provide indicative offers by reading financials.

You will manage your portfolio end-to-end, turning referrals into revenue and representing Wayflyer at industry events. You should have a track record in business lending, a strong network with brokers, and comfort working with numbers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business lending or fintech roles.
• 2+ years working directly with commercial finance brokers.
• 1+ year analysing business financials.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage our broker panel, onboarding and training new brokers.
• Build real relationships with existing brokers to become their first choice for referrals.
• Review referrals and assess offers by reading business financials to identify key factors.
• Own your portfolio end-to-end, turning referrals into funded deals.
