CRS Ltd is seeking a well-connected Broker BDM in the UK to drive lending volumes by building relationships with commercial finance brokers and onboarding new partners. You will manage a healthy pipeline of funding opportunities, coordinate with underwriting and operations to close deals, and report progress through CRM systems.

The role requires outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a self-motivated, organized approach to a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in business development, broker sales, or relationship management within commercial finance, business lending, MCA, alternative lending, or SME finance.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial finance brokers throughout the UK.
• Identify and onboard new broker partners to expand our UK network
• Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of funding opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for brokers throughout the funding journey.
• Assess funding opportunities and present suitable finance solutions.
• Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to facilitate deal completion.
• Negotiate and structure transactions while ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.
• Attend industry events, broker meetings, and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline reporting through CRM systems.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
