CRS Ltd is seeking a senior business development professional to help expand our non-broker SME lending channel in the UK. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to shape strategy, attend industry events, and convert opportunities from a growing introducer network.

The role requires proven success in direct-to-market SME lending, an established introducer network in the UK, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced growth environment with a highly analytical mindset.

Mansioni

• Working with the CCO to shape the ‘non-broker’ sales channel being the first hire
• Attending industry events & growing our brand across the professional introducer market
• Acquiring SME lending opportunities from your network which are within our lending suite spot & working with credit to deliver on the deal
• Relationship driven approach to conversion of Inbound leads – Talking directly to SME owners to understand their challenges & shape lending deal accordingly
