Broker Finance Role

Working within the Finance team, the Broker Finance role plays a key part within the company group, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

This role is ideal for an individual seeking to join a dynamic, growing business and looking to develop their skills to advance their career.

Responsibilities of the role
  • Daily reconciliations of customer payments against the internal system
  • Monthly reconciliations of customer and insurer accounts against the internal system
  • Allocating and reconciling all Direct Debit funding on our Direct Debit facility
  • Setting up loans, processing amendments, and ensuring all amounts and payments reconcile
  • Sending statements and following up on outstanding policies for reconciliation
  • Dispatching weekly statements to customers and pursuing outstanding debts
  • Assisting with recording and reconciliation of client monies
  • Resolving account queries arising from insurer statements and daily payments
Experience / Skills
  • Managing workloads and task prioritization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Industry experience in finance or insurance is preferred but not essential
